Every day, I turn off ("pause") the now-on-by-default "definition suggestions" that litter every webpage. And every night at midnight, they reappear. So infuriating. I've deactivated these from the settings and they still appear. About to uninstall this app, I don't need another extension draining my bandwidth and slowing down pages.

After another six months of use I can confirm my opinion with satisfaction: Linguix is increasingly reliable. It makes suggestions for changes and improvements in a very intelligent way. The updated paraphrasing tool is increasingly useful; I've noticed that, at least in my case, it usually suggests shortening the text, which can sometimes be a bit disappointing, but in most cases it prevents chatter and makes the point easier to understand. It is comfortable and elegant. Probably like most users, I switched to Linguix from Grammarly. Without underestimating the latter, I strongly urge you to try Linguix. It's pleasant to work with and very efficient, especially with longer texts. We can navigate freely between the various tools (correction of linguistic errors, grammatical errors, punctuation, etc.). A very advanced and necessary text paraphrasing tool is being developed. [Important! — if any of my students are reading this, please note that it is illegal to use it to convert other people's texts into your own! :)]. It is possible to personalize the program in a very useful way, i.e. to define the characteristics of our audience, goal and emotion, which influence the nature of the proposed text corrections. Last but not least, the support is fast and effective.

It wasn't much happier with this tool earlier. But from last update (Aug 2021) this tool has become completely insane(in good way)! OMG what performance and error catching improvements it has made. It was missing grammerly before the last update, but now Linguix has become so powerful that I feel it catches more errors than what grammerly does and that all errors prompts are correct and not false-positive. Definitely, now I feel this was one of my best investments to get the Linguix business plan. Thanks Linguix team!

Using Linguix since a year and now upgraded to Team Plus. Initially, I was in dual mind between Linguix and Grammarly, But finally, I landed on Linguix. Yes, this is fairly new tool and my initial experience was not one of the best one. But, the team seems to be very active and fixing bugs rapidly, also, found several updates (Like, Rephrase) on regular interval. If you are confused between Grammarly and Linguix, I would suggest, give both a try and then decide.
