Nothing "sticky" about this. When you're viewing a URL that you already created a note from there's NO indication that a note already exists. And in the file it saves in Google Drive it does not even add the URL it came from for context (so that you can search it later). So there's literally NOTHING "sticky" about this.... other than that you get an icon in the toolbar you can click. That's pretty much every note app anyways.
You have to log in every time you start the browser, you can't shrink or move the window.
