I have used this service several times now and have over all had a good experience. It introduced me to the ebates site, which i have now earned over $20.00 on, and I've gotten some really good deals through wikibuy. Sometimes they have the lowest price, sometimes they don't but when I have had an issue, or even found a lower price after I purchased, they took care of the issue for me quickly.

Good angle to attract people, execution could use work though. The whole front ending eBay thing is mildly scandalous. The Ebates emails are obnoxious, and counter to the hook of getting better prices when you're looking at something on Amazon. The name also needs work. Some founder probably thought it would be good to attach to wikipedia or wikileaks image to gain trust. If not it just comes off seedy either way.

with a little digging you can save even more on your own. tried it on a camera and it found it $200 cheaper.. looked on my own found it $300 cheaper.. maybe i should start my own service

Spams the email your provide after installing the extension. Offers small discounts by forcing you to buy through them (they make the purchase on your behalf), but not telling you details on who the actual seller is. Just a completely shady company, and an extension with tons of bought 5-star reviews. Do not install. Reported. Hopefully, this gets removed from the Chrome store

This app is just super sketch. I immediately started getting emails from ebates after signing up for this extension so it seems like either they are affiliated (best case) or they are selling off your information. I hopped onto Amazon to check out how it work and sure enough Wikibuy claims that I can save $30 off a Playstation 4 that I was looking at. Great! The only problem is you have to buy it through Wikibuy and you can't see who you are actually buying the item from. All it said was "professional eBay seller, guaranteed by wikibuy" No way for me to look at the ebay sale. No way to know if I'm buying a new or used item. No way of knowing what condition the item is in. So with no clue what I'm really buying and wikibuy wanting to keep my personal information to make purchases on my behalf just screamed BAD IDEA, RUN! to me. So I'm immediately reporting the ebates emails as spam and uninstalling this app.
