This used to work great but in the last few weeks it suddenly doesn't scan websites or anything. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but it still wont work. Basic search results make it seem like a lot of people are having this issue on a few different browsers. I made a purchase and couldn't get it to check for deals. After I finalized, it offered me a $40 rebate for a purchase if i added the extension, then opened to the extension page that showed i already had it.

I originally reviewed this extension in 2022 after dealing with inaccurate information, unfulfilled promises, and a pattern of misleading communication from the company. After several years, I decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately, nothing has improved. The same issues persist: Errors in the “additional requirements” that make it difficult to trust any offer. A broken or malfunctioning contact form, which prevents users from even reporting problems. Inconsistent and poorly documented policies, paired with a tendency to hold customers accountable for rules the company itself cannot clearly explain or support. I recently used two promotions—a $50 off $50 offer on eBay and a $20 off $20 offer. Once the promised rewards are finally issued, I will be removing the extension again. I don’t need unreliable service, unclear policies, or a company that repeatedly demonstrates a lack of care for accuracy and customer experience. After multiple years and multiple chances, the pattern is clear: this extension still fails to deliver a trustworthy, professional, or user‑friendly experience.
