I AM SO BUMMED THAT TEMU IS SUCH A RACKET. They also say all returns free and it looks as though you cannot send everything back free? They glamorize and touch up the items so they look so shiny and cool even the clothes. They get you to stay and order more but I have yet to see any of their claims of awards. And what about being free? Really? I thought I was getting two sweaters/sweat shirts completely free. Then they use words to trick you in to thinking "keep shopping and you will get something sometime if you don't get out too quickly".... It is very confusing too and that is what they do, confuse you so you just want to get out of there. The games of watering something kept flying at me and it was irritating. Not fun....If someone knows how to beat them at their own game, let us know? But what can we do about this? I want to continue buying from them but when you buy as much as I have over the summer and now for the holidays I think I deserve a reward. They need a full on overhaul with their rewards program. It makes me think do I really need to buy from them? I am usually fine on what I get but sometimes like today I was very disappointed. A velour jumpsuit. black. size large and I normally take a medium but figured better bigger in this than smaller. So cheap. You can almost see thru it. The zipper is the cheapest one I have ever seen. It is so tiny and frail. It was really hard to open too. I have a mfg company for neoprene jackets for water exercise mainly and I use the largest zipper YKK makes. size 10. I bet their piece of junk was a size 3. It came in a bubble shrink wrap that was super difficult to cut open. Like I would use it again, not. Back that goes I don't even know anyone I don't like enuf to give it to for a gift. They need to stand behind their advertising and stop tricking the customers. Anyone else frustrated like I am? Sally from Orange County
