They are now asking to link to a personal bank account to get your rewards!! Absolutely not ok to ask for personal banking information all of a sudden. I have had this extension for years without having to do this. I have tried to reach out to support and there isn't any. It used to be easy to redeem for gift cards until now. Before this I would have given 5 stars for the extension and benefits.

When you get the cash back they offer, it's great. However, a lot of orders will be ineligible and you don't know until after you've received the order. I was supposed to get 8% cash back from Dell as a new customer, and they only gave me 2.5% cash back for existing customers, even though I was a new customer. I tried contacting support but they didn't fix it. Support doesn't respond to your requests and you only get an automated response that basically tells you they won't do anything. I ended up returning that order to Dell because of it. Services like Rakuten don't pay as much but you actually get back what they promise to give you.
