The 'Recurring Emails for Gmail' is such a no-brainer for businesses. Adding the extension to our browser and authenticating it to our Gmail was painless and only took us a couple of minutes. We love the ability to schedule out reminder emails to our portfolio of managed tenants to let them know about upcoming rent-due and quarterly maintenance schedules.
