Depth Translator is an assistant extension for DeepL.
You can invoke the translation in 2 ways:
1. By selecting texts, a popup icon would appear beside your mouse pointer - when you click the icon, you'll be redirected to DeepL in a new tab.
2. You can also select text and do the same from the context menu item.

Broken, opens a blank translation
Works just fine and does not bog down your browser, unlike the DeepL extension. Less privacy concerns as this one only translates on request instead of monitoring your every web request. Huge thank you to the developer.

Its not working anymore. The Deepl page in the extension doesnt load
Doesn't work.
This will only send the user to the DeepL website and populate the translate input. The valuable feature intended to allow DeepL as a drop-down UI by clicking on the Depth Icon, is not working. This returns a broken URL message.

pretty great start! would be awesome if you could get the button to trigger the deepl popup in the same tab rather than creating a new tab. something like the DeepL Inside extension
It works! If the translation was displayed immediately - in a popup window - it would be great.
