It is a game changer! No longer do we have someone in my team record meetings and prepare minutes - Fathom does that. No more manual entering of tasks into our task manager, Fathom does that. No more making lists of notes from meetings, Fathom does that and best of all - if you missed something in a meeting - you can search by word or topic and instatly find the place in the meeting video where that topic was discussed and rewatch it. I have used a lot of AI note takers, but this is the only one I would recommend.

Fathom AI itself is a game-changer if you're responsible for taking notes in any meeting. I've used several AI agents, including ones built into products like Zoom, and Fathom is by far the best. The notes are organized really nicely and it pulls out action items and other useful things that can be a bit tricky to do when you're focusing on attending a meeting. I guide people through tasks all the time and having the notes to reference along with a video recording is VERY helpful for them. The only thing I hope they do in the future is to allow an option for note-taking without video recording the meeting. It uses the recording to pull notes in various ways after the fact, however it would be nice if there was an option to keep the notes you want and automatically wipe the recording. Some of my clients are uncomfortable with video recording/audio recording being kept for meetings. I would be able to use the product on more meetings if it had the capability. The product is so good I don't think the above feedback would wipe out a star - it would be a "nice to have" feature though.

I can't live without my Fathom notetaker! I find myself wanting to zoom more frequently than meet in person if the meeting is heavy on content. Fathom does such a great job of integrating with my Zoom meetings and Google Calendar, and it summarizes, pulls themes, and gives me action items, plus allows me to highlight parts and keep track of next steps. What's not to like?
