I've used a couple of other notetakers and transcribing tools in the past, but I haven't found anything as powerful, accurate, or simple to use as Fathom. I use it in all client meetings, sending the recaps after to clients who have started adopting it themselves once they see what it can do. I've also used it to record workshops, which made sending a transcription, video with highlights, and summary a total breeze. What would've taken me hours before was done in a matter of minutes (I did have to tweak the transcript for accuracy). My only issue with it is I have to fight with it not to try to join calls, even when I've told it to stop doing that automatically. Sometimes it doesn't (though I still have to go through Fathom to open Zoom), but sometimes it goes through anyway and I have to tell the host not to let it on. Still, it's a pretty minor inconvenience considering everything it does to help me. I'll continue to use it and recommend it!

Great tool, it has taken a weight from my shoulders. Now, I can fully focus on my clients, on my meetings discussions and I can make sure there is a summary and a list o action at the end of my call without me having to dedicate another 30-60 mins to write them down and have a summary ready. This is such a wonderful app. Love it. Can't recommend it enough

This is really a must have for anyone that use to have many meetings! It's like having a project manager with you, able to summarize your meeting within 30 seconds after, also being able to change the summary perspective. Plus having the entire meeting reconding available to be reviewed along with all the action items from your meeting. No more without it!

As a small agency owner, taking notes for a client meeting was such a chore. Imagine being able to have a private secretary quietly taking full dictation, recording your video, providing you AND your client the cliff notes version of your meeting and all without lifting a finger. I am amazed at this tech world we live and FATHOM is just another great reminder of how incredibly amazing your customer interaction can be when you conduct your meetings like a pro. Fathom is easy to set up and use. Even if you are not the host, it's just a few clicks away to add it to a meeting. The reports are fairly accurate and summarize the meeting and its points well so meetings can be more productive.
