Fathom is a huge help in taking notes at meetings so I can be fully present during meetings. After the meeting I can copy the summary into a shared doc with the client, make a few corrections, but overall it writes a great summary of everything we talked about and what needs to be done. The pop up tools like "Highlight" and "To Do" can be used during the call to flag key parts of the conversation for later, and they show up in your summary. It's great!
