In Fathom, I like the summaries, the ability to record the session, and the good performance of the artificial intelligence. What frustrates me is that the interface does not allow creating prompts to draft emails. Even so, it helps me not have to jot down tasks and to summarize what was discussed after the meeting.

Considering the volume of sales calls I have, it's been one of my best friends in terms of recording calls: The AI part of it is very convenient also making minutes of the meeting for each and every call so that they're very easy to send. It's also very easy to use. You don't have to manually add it to each call. It just joins every call, which is very convenient. Also I don't think I've ever had any performance issues like it not joining a certain call, etc. Pretty much life has become much simpler after using Fathom.
