Fathom is a genuinely helpful AI meeting assistant that quietly records your calls, turns them into accurate transcripts, and then gives you short, clear summaries that focus on the decisions and action points you actually care about. It plugs neatly into tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams, and the whole experience feels simple and low‑friction, which makes it an easy favorite if you’re often in video meetings and want clean transcripts without any extra hassle.
I can no longer have a meeting without Fathom. Folks ask me to just do FaceTime and I can't go back- now that I know how much Fathom helps, I need it all the time! I also have been recommending it to everyone- love all the tiers and am considering upgrading soon as my business grows. What an amazing product
Fathom is an outstanding notetaker. I use it practically daily, and it helps me so much to remember details I might have forgotten. I can also focus on the meetings and write only the most important things instead of having to scribble down a bunch of chicken scratches that I cannot even understand later xD I would give Fathom 10 stars if I could!
Great tool! As part of a recruiting team, I use Fathom for my screening calls. It helps me add highlights on specific candidate answers and the AI note taker is very accurate.
AI is spot on and does a great job of capturing the action items in a meeting and relaying them to the meeting attendees. Coupled with a recording and transcript, it's not only saved time but also saved my bacon from misunderstandings or mistakes made. Highly recommend.

I have been using fathom for the past 15 meetings, and the effects are measureable. It is simple to use, works on multilingual conversations, in one meeting it is english, the next german and thereafter danish, and fathom just captures it all.
I’ve had a great experience using Fathom! It’s simple, organized, and makes everything much easier to manage. The platform is smooth, and I appreciate how straightforward the workflow is. Definitely a tool worth using.
Really useless! It turns off the sound in meetings - either my customer or myself are muted. I have to remove Fathom to be able to hold the meeting!! Then I have no notes or any recording whatsoever 🤬
The web app is very niche. - The 1-minute before the meeting notification and the button in the Google Meet for recording are very useful. - The meeting notes are mostly accurate, and didn't force the user (us) to upgrade to the premium plan. - After the call, the mail notification and the data in the mail are excellent and mostly accurate.
