Fathom is an excellent tool. It has provided intuitive summaries, captures insights, action items, and even allows for any attendees to revisit the recorded call at any point. The fact that all insights are linked to timestamps in the call to visit the moment makes it extremely easy to reference any topic from the call. Furthermore, having an AI assistant you can trust on all your calls allows you to be fully engaged with participants knowing that you no longer need to multitask note taking and listening.

Best thing is, it is very easy to setup, the customer support is really good, I use it in all of my meetings. The record and transcript feature is so good, it records the entire meeting for us to come visit any number of times. It really helps me in non native language meetings. The extension shows up in my taskbar and when I enter any meeting, it shows me real time analytics like talk time and also has feature to highlight minute of that video. Its simply amazing, post the meeting, I get an auto generated email with all the action items for the meeting and it is so convenient knowing I'll get all action items along with transcript and video recording of the meeting. And did I mention it comes at no cost whatsoever. Highly Recommended !!

I have been using Fathom for about 2 months now. It has saved me so much time, which as a consultant means money. This tool allows me to easily focus on the meeting while it takes the accurate notes and then summarizes it into a great format that everyone can follow. AND the best part of that is it includes the action items of each person at the top of the summary. I am able to send these out immediately following my meetings so there is no additional action from me on re-typing notes or transcribing action items for everyone.
