A Game-Changing Tool- The ease of use and the accuracy of the note-taking is absolutely incredible. It has reduced the workload for me on calls tenfold. It was very easy to set up, and now I'm using it on every call I take. I am yet to encounter any downsides to it As a recruiter, it's imperative to take notes on calls for the future relationship with that client/candidate. Fathom's accuracy and attention to detail means that I can focus on maximising call value rather than ensuring that I am diligent in my note taking.

I utilize technology for 1 main reason. To simplify my life by saving time & money. This app is over the top! It has not only saved myself and my team time, but it is way more accurate and to the point in it's summaries than I ever could be. Our team is spread all over the U.S. so we primarily use Zoom to meet. The summary of each meeting is completed and emailed to my attendees in seconds after our meetings. It has been very valuable to both training and production of results. I strongly recommend this tool! It is clear that before I used it, I was losing information that was costing our team.
