The quality of the summaries, ability to detect and record action points and the fact you can review not only the audio, but the video too, make Fathom a stand-out product. Being able to see the video and review body language and facial expressions give additional insights on key moments on the transcript. This product is easy to use with thoughtful features, excellent calendar integration and plenty of control.

I’ve been using Fathom with Microsoft Teams for a couple of months now, and it’s easily the best AI notetaker I’ve tried. The fact that it records the entire call video—something most other tools don’t do—makes a huge difference. I also really appreciate how easy it is to share meeting notes, set up reminders, and even get a bit of coaching along the way. The bullet-point summaries with clickable timestamps are the cherry on top—such a simple feature, but incredibly effective for quickly jumping back to important moments.
