Since we discovered Fathom, we have augmented 10X productivity (from spending 10 hours per patient to being reduced to 1 hour !). In addition, Fathom is so easy to connect with our customer relationship management that we do not need a custom API to manage/quantify our tasks and monitor our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). We simply mention them in our meetings, and the App assigns them automatically. Definitely a game changer in our company, and for me personally, it is the best way to document all meetings while dealing with customers in three different languages (German, English, and Spanish).
