this was a useful extension in the past, but since a recent update it now opens a facebook video downloader every time i start chrome and theres no way to disable this. i dont use facebook and dont download videos often enough for it to be worth dealing with an unwanted page every time i open my browser

Same problem as the other commentators, the other issue is it keeps opening up the following webpage whenever the web browser is first opened with the last few recent versions, it should only show it once automatically with a way to manually launch it if needed: https://fdown.net/how-to-facebook-downloader-chrome-extension.php
