Didn't pick up the actual videos playing. The name of the video appeared in the list for download but when downloaded all it had actually downloaded what still images from ads

When you try to download from youtube it says "Unsupported video platform Due to YouTube Policy. It isn't allowed to download from YouTube. Please, do not post negative reviews. This is not our fault. Hope you understand that. Thanks!" Well it IS your fault that you didnt tell us that before
