WARNING: this tracker does not work on scheduled emails. I downloaded their cloud HQ email scheduler because they advertised their capability to also track emails. It does not work. This tracker only worked on regular emails but not scheduled emails. I have already contacted their customer support to try and fix this issue but have yet to receive any helpful answers. The first answer I got was that they don't track scheduled emails, which is not the case according to their FAQs. https://support.cloudhq.net/email-tracker-faq-frequently-asked-questions/. The second answer I got was that email tracking wouldn't work for recipients who have email tracking blocked. Most of my recipients aren't even aware that email tracking can be blocked. Their support team also didn't even confirm or investigate whether my recipients have it blocked or not. I'll update my review if anything else happens.
