Been using this for years. Every now and then youtube seems to be able to break through it, but it gets fixed in a couple of days. Of all my extensions (and I have a ton) this is my favorite non-essential. I /would/ pay for it!
I've downloaded the extension and the video still pauses, even when the tab that plays the video is active and the only one active. It did not solve the problem.
now i can finally listen to my music
We need this on cell phones to reduce distracted driving. I would rather not have to mess with my phone while it plays music in my car. Why does Youtube want to force us to fiddle with our phones? It reduces awareness of our surroundings, and could get some stupid teen killed when they stop music and distract them. Youtube is run by morons that messed up all our wet dreams, thank god for this extension, I only wish it didn't cause issues, although I fully blame YOUTUBE for creating the stupid environment that prompted the creation of this extension.
Unfortunately it doesn't work for me.

Works as advertised on Brave Browser (as a techie I cannot recommend the Chrome browser). I use it in concert (pun intended) with Ublock Origin! In a pinned tab, it will play non-stop with no ads, all day long, all while I'm in other tabs. It does just as well in Firefox Browser, but know this; that I'm using Linux Mint, and not any of the proprietary OS's. Everyone knows how glitch prone those entities are.
