It's actually a pretty good extension, I use a dell laptop and most of the other extensions I used made the audio louder, but the quality worse, as if it were bass boosted almost, but this extension only boosts the audio and keeps the quality (Keep in mind my laptop is a dell laptop and is freakishly old, going through hell and back for years) so this was a game changer to where I could use youtube and other apps without needing to buy headphones or speakers. I saw a different review saying it didn't work in full screen but it seemed to work just fine for me, so I think it depends on what device you use, but overall, its a very nice extension and I do recommend if you need a fix for low sound problems/videos. (It even continues to work when you're on a different tab, but only keep the tab with the extension applied the level you made it)

I cant use full screen because the extension forces itself to be open to work, it doesnt do this for other extensions screw this app

Overall it agood tool to enhance sound. Only thing which is disturbing for me is that it needs to raise the vol manually everytime I shift or open the new Tab even on the same window.
