Facebook just killed Oldlayout extension :( So I added FBP because my husband liked it. It DOES NOT revert back to the Old FB layout when box ticked. I removed and reinstalled. NO GO. Running Chrome with Windows 8.1 Very sad. New FB layout sucks for PC users.

I am really happy, that I found your tool ... I hate the new FB design .. it is like mobile phone .. and I never used FB on mobile, bec of it's stupid design on mobile, and 50% of all functions missing ... so I'd rather quit FB ... now - with the help of your tool - I can stay on FB ... at least as long as the tool is able to revert FB to the old design - TY :)

I've never left a review for a browser plugin before, but I have to rave about how wonderful this is. I just scrolled through Facebook using the FB Purity plugin, and it was glorious. I didn't see anyone spewing hate. Nothing that made my blood boil. Nobody spamming my feed with 10 political posts a day saying the same things as the 100 other people making 10 political posts a day. I didn't have to mute or unfollow anyone. I didn't even have to hide any posts. It would be better if people had the basic politeness and respect to set up a custom Friend List so they could only send their political posts to those who want to see them rather than spamming everyone and ruining Facebook for those who don't want to see it. But since I can't control what other people do, this is the next best thing.

I almost hesitate to write a review because I don't want to jinx anything -that's how much I love FB purity. It's the only thing that makes FB usable, from putting things in chronological order, to showing me only posts from friends as opposed to what I was getting before, ie a majority of posts just from groups. This is my favorite extension - I recommend it to everyone.
