ImTranslator translates selected text, dictionary words, phrases, and webpages between more than 160 languages using translation providers such as Google, Microsoft Bing, and Translator.
ImTranslator includes four translation tools: ImTranslator, Pop-up Bubble, Inline Translator, and Webpage Translation, as well as additional language tools such as Dictionary, Text-to-Speech and Translation History.

Ever since a few days ago I get an error each time I click on "translate page" It open's a new tab with google translate and it says "can't translate this page" Why's that?

Отличный переводчик, но остопердячил жутко своими постоянными всплывашками о донатах, причем по две страницы сразу. Разработчик, одумайся, тебя только из-за этого удалять и обходить стороной будут, а не донатить за хороший продукт. Надо бы за такое поставить 1 звезду, но все таки расширение хорошее. Но раздражители - это просто некрасиво.

This deserves a five star for working excellently so far for couple of years but now it's unusable for me. This was one my most useful extensions but v 17.2 has broken it. It opens webpage translation in another tab -which is very inconvenient and unusable if one has to click links from that page, especially if one is logged in to a site -and then fails to translate in most of my usage cases. Downgrade to the older version 16.84 (search for it on other sites), it still works, till the developer fixes this (if he wishes to). Anyway I am grateful to the developer for providing a very helpful product till now. Update -after downgrading to 16.84 the browser after a while automatically upgrades to 17.2. I think the bowser checks every day for a new version. There are ways to stop this but uninstalling 17.2 and reinstalling 16.84 takes two minutes. And it lasts for a few hours at least - I get my work done. Till the new update that developer promised that will fix this.

Before, I could translate directly on the same page by invoking the web translator and translating entire pages. Now, when I try to translate, it opens a new webpage with the domain .translate.goog, and the translation doesn't work either
