Vor Userlane, haben wir oft einige Tage damit verbracht Schulungsinhalte ( Video, Text, Wiki ) zu erstellen. Das Problem hierbei war jedoch, dass Inhalte mit jedem neuen Sprint oder Software-Release sofort veraltet waren. Somit mussten Texte und Videos immer wieder aufwendig in Änderungsschleifen angepasst werden, was uns einige Zeit gekostet hat... Heute können wir unser Training sehr schnell anpassen, denn mit ein paar wenigen Klicks sind unsere Guides wieder up to date und wir können die User mit den Announcements informieren, dass es Änderungen im System gibt! Absolute Empfehlung!
