MailTag combines all the imperative functions of an email organizer, and alleviates the stress of trying to keep track of multiple project/thought streams in a singular inbox. Like many, I don't always have time to organize my emails as often as I'd like to, but MailTag plays a key role in keeping my life coordinated. Email tracking, scheduling, and automation are entirely underrated features that I didn't appreciate until I relied on them. I would highly recommend MailTag to others who struggle to stay on top of their inbox.

I've used MailTag as a paid subscriber for around a year now. Haven't had any problems until the last 24 hours when the service went down, without warning, not long after taking this month's payment. There's been no communication from MailTag, and support emails have gone unanswered (both by traditional email and through messaging on Facebook). If this outage becomes permanent, I will have lost the data I needed (and relied upon - and paid - them to keep). They'd recently raised over $100,000 in investment funds on Republic, so it's not like they are apparently short of money, but they have had issues with unhappy customers re: trying to cancel the service. That's a long story that you can look into with a simple search. I feel massively let down, given that I supported them right from the get-go. Unfortunately, I'd advise you to avoid them. It's unacceptable for such poor communication (I'd be fine if they'd sent an email letting me know that there's an outage, and that they were working to resolve it.)
