Can you fix the study checking time to the old. The old version checked once for 1 minute, but now it took longer and checked once for about 3 minute, that made us miss studies.
Unfortunately the sound stopped working, I see it is a common issue nowadays:(
It was working fine a couple weeks ago. Then last week, I got the sound but no pop up for the study. Then a couple days ago, the sound completely stopped working. The extension is now useless to me and taking up space. Please fix this!
The sound stopped working a week ago and never returned
It was working fine then 3 days ago the sound stopped working on the extension. I've even contacted Prolific but no response yet.
What happened to the notification sounds in Google Chrome? They're just small beeps right now.
No more sound! Useless
All of a sudden it stopped the alerts for new studies. I mean i dont get any sound for notifications. I tried removing and then adding again. checked all my settings.
Also no sound anymore! In Firefox sounds works.
since the last update there is no sound anymore???? pretty useless without the alerts...pls fix.. otherwise i would give it 5 stars update: sound is fixed now and got some other updates everything's good now
