Probably the first extension I have ever used where I have upgraded to the paid version, not just for me but my business partner as well! I own a recruiting firm and I am amazed how streamlined my client and candidate communication has become since I started using Mixmax. Between tracking, templates, CRM integration and more it does everything I need it to do. The support is amazing as well......very responsive and helpful.

Pretty good. It doesn't slow gmail down like some others and there's loads of good features. However I can't see any IP address info and it is also incompatible with Mailtrack, which I like to use with other trackers.

I've been using the free version of Mixmax for about a year now, and the features are amazing! They also provide top-notch support, even for folks using the free version. I'm definitely considering upgrading my service with them. The developers have done a great job of adding capabilities to GMail I didn't even know I needed. This extension also replaces several others I was using to keep GMail manageable and neat. It's rare I recommend something, but I recommend this to anyone who is using GMail, wants a few professional capabilities but does not want to pay for a professional account.

Absolutely brilliant if you a web browser for your email. Takes gmail to another level - you know when people have read your email and downloaded attachments, so far less chasing up. The multi page attachment previews inside emails are perfectly designed. However it took me a while to get it to work stably and unfortunately as I've moved to using Apple Mail, I don't use Mixmax anymore. It would be great if they could build integration into Apple Mail (at least of the read message feature) or create a stand alone email client for OS X. Using a browser for email gets tiresome after a while - it's much better to use a dedicated email program.

This is the best thing since Gmail for email. Seriously. This product changes how you use email and it makes you way more effective at email communications and communication in general. If you use Gmail for business, then you need this app or you are missing out.
