The "Export Tabs as Text File" Chrome extension lets you quickly save the URLs of all tabs in your current Chrome window with a single click. Now with version 1.1.1, you can also import those URLs back and reopen them in normal or incognito mode.
Just click the extension icon and choose:
• Export Tabs as Text File — instantly saves all open tab URLs to a .txt file.
• Import text file — Choose a previously saved file and reopen the tabs in the current browser or incognito mode.
Important Notes:
• Some tabs may not reopen such as internal or local pages

I am so glad that I wasn't the only person who thought something like this ought to exist.
Simple yet great idea. Now, is there a way to retrieve or restore all those tabs from a saved text?
It downloads the list of tabs from the active window only. But Chrome can have multiple windows open.
You nailed it. This is exactly what I was looking for. If possible, is there a way to get the Page Title as well along with the URLs? I see many sites where the links will not give any meaningful details (one such example is Youtube). First line Page Title, below line URL gives perfect output. Thank you in advance.
This is simply great! Exactly what you need! Links from all tabs are saved into one text file in Windows-1251 encoding. Thanks a lot!

Actually does what it says, no frills, no payment. Not the most handsome extension, but it has one job and is damn good at it. Perfect for what I needed. Kudos
