Privacy: Why share Browsing history is now required ? I'm not against it if there is a good reason ? And I've search some explanation without success.
I have been using this extension for years now and it adds some much needed features for dealing with emails and for anyone who does most of their business by email, it is almost a must have in order to keep on top of everything and avoid forgetting to follow up emails or chase people for responses. If more people used something like this, then perhaps I wouldn't be spending so much time constantly chasing people for responses. Sadly this great product is let down by poor support. Ironically the AIB team do not seem to use their own product, as getting responses to emails is like getting a photo of a unicorn. Support is a painful and time consuming process requiring endless chasing of emails, usually over several months and being constantly told "we will get back to you", which of course never happens. I have even had some support issues which have dragged on for years and I eventually just had to give up on them ever being resolved. If it wasn't for the rubbish support, I would be giving 5 starts.
After using this awesome extension for years, I am very disappointed that it just won't work with the primary account anymore, and it no longer works in Firefox at all. I contacted support and they were supremely unhelpful.

I was introduced to Active Inbox by a business partner at the end of 2015 and I quickly set up a gmail email to test the system. I am a zero inbox guy and handle external task management out of my email so this hit home for me the 1st week I signed up. Within 60 days of my free trial we switched the entire company to a gmail email platform and introduced Active Inbox to our entire staff. When I explain Active Inbox, I use the same phrase every time "Game Changer". This allows me to place safely all important items that are not going to be really important until a later date and then it is out of my mind until I need to make them a priority. For all of our managers this gives the opportunity to followup with their reports using a measured system of followup. As a small business owner I am not sure in this day and age of email how anyone can operate their email system efficiently & effectively without Active Inbox. If anyone is ever wanting more testimonial personally please feel free to reach out directly.
gros problèmes avec la nouvelle version de gmail. J'ai attendu plusieurs mois, envoyé plusieurs mails, mais je change à présent car je n'ai plus le temps d'attendre !

Great GTD app. Need a way to filter by Folders AND Contexts AND Users rather than just Folders OR Contexts OR Users. Need multiple ways to drill down. PS the iOS app is a great companion. Keep up the good work
