I have been using it for years, and it consistently delivers features that modern email workflows actually need without getting in the way. What really sets Mailbutler apart is the team behind it. Their support is responsive, professional, and clearly invested in their users. That alone says a lot in today’s software landscape. If you spend a significant part of your day in email and want more control, visibility, and efficiency, Mailbutler is absolutely worth it. Suggestion: Adding support for S/MIME and GPG based signing and encryption would make an already excellent tool truly complete. Strong recommendation.
I really like it because I love the way they set up the signature – i've gotten a lot of compliments on my email signature and I always suggest using mailbutler. It can be quite expensive though so cost wise idk if it's worth it to some people but I love knowing if someone read my email so I can follow back up with them quickly.
If you are not using it, get it now !!! I'm using mailbutler for 10 years, a must have !!!!!

Probably one of the worst user experiences I have encounterered in a digital product. I could not even schedule an email after an hour of trying. When there are so many more intuitive products available why waste your time with this one? Dont.
Great extension and nice features. Some overlap with existing from Gmail, but good. I'd love to see this working along with https://actordo.com AI Assistant
This is a great extension and service. It has increased my productivity greatly. I am very email dependent. Their customer service is also extraordinary. I highly recommend this company and their extesion/service.

La uso principalmente paa integrar ToDoIst con mi correo y con Notion. Hasta el momento funciona muy bien.
This is a GREAT extension when it is working properly...indispensable. It is occasionally a little "buggy", particularly when Chrome updates or when there is a Mailbutler update...but their customer service is awesome and they work very hard to fix any bugs quickly. Just annoying enough to not be a full 5 stars, although it is definitely 5 stars when it is working properly!
