I use PrintFriendly almost every day and several times a day. I save so many important articles or web articles to my Endnote bibliography program for later reference. I save articles as a Community Health Worker and SHIP Counselor for my volunteer role at Catholic Charities plus I am a retired anthropologist still doing research and I need PDFs of research articles. I think PDF is a workhorse of a product that I cannot do without. The interface with internet articles via Chrome is essential for my saving important sources from the web.

So easy to use - I love this and use it multiple times a day. Unlike a simple print command in the browser menu, PrintFriendly actually strips out extraneous copy from a page to create a complete .pdf of the pertinent copy on a webpage. So easy to use, allowing you the option to delete images if you desire as well as the option of saving as a .pdf file, email it from the program or printing directly to your printer. In addition it offers various tools within the app that can help - including highlighting text, compressing large size pdfs as well as converting files.

Een fijn hulpmiddel om snel een pdf van een webpagina te maken. Werkt meestal goed, en krijg je een mooie goed leesbare pdf. Soms krijg je bagger, ga dan naar een andere browser, installeer deze extensie als je die nog niet hebt, en dan lukt het vaak wel. De extensie wordt actief onderhouden, dus er komt regelmatig een verbeterde versie. Aanrader, voor al je browsers!

This extension allows me to print articles that otherwise would be unreadable if I simply used the Ctrl+P (or File > Print) command in my browser. Elements that don't scale well or overlay other elements can be eliminated and some that otherwise would be repeated on every page are controlled. I'm so used to it now that going without would be a major inconvenience!
