I couldn't possibly love this extension more. The kids always need to print articles for school and up until this extension, it could use A LOT of ink to print out 3 pages. Thank, thank you, thank you. Seriously, everyone who is required to print web pages needs this.

I appreciate the companies efforts in finally providing Chrome with an extension so online users can transform online web page articles to standard PDF documents. However, after trying the extension several times, on different web pages, with and without images, then comparing it to the program I currently use PDF995, there is no comparison. PDF995 is better than Print-Friendly-PDF, and less expensive. If I understand the program's interface, and it appears that all the programs attributes are not available unless purchased. First, I discovered that removing unwanted pictures from the template that produces the final PDF document is an extra step that takes added time. I could not get the Print-Friendly-PDF program to print a PDF document "when images" are blocked in my setting in Chrome. In that venue, the extension showed all "blocked" images on the template, I then had to take the extra step and delete each unwanted image manually. So: What is the point of blocking images in the Settings part of Chrome, when the extension places them back unto the template and now I have to manually-remove-each image that is already NOT WANTED to begin with? Secondly, some data from the web page, such as: date of publication, references on the web page did not appear on the template. How can anyone refer to the web page when the complete article is missing important information? It seem after the web page is produced as a PDF document I now have to enter the published date onto the PDF document, in my opinion that's ridiculous. Finally, when I attempted to save the document as a PDF, it would not save nor would it print using my printer (my PDF995 program provides more choices, and I have no problems either saving the document as a PDF or printing it directly from the web). I appreciate the companies efforts, but I'll stick with PDF995, its a program that is reliable, less expensive (one time fee, not a monthly or yearly fee), simple user interface and the learning curve is very short (almost self-explanatory).
