The PrintFriendly extension in chrome has made some of my tasks really easy to resolve. I find the resulting pdf files beautifully prepared to print out or read. I really hope they stay around a really long time. Update. March, 2026. After three months of continuous use, I still keep my 5/5 rating. But, I would like to mention that some websites with a lot of nested iframes might make it very dificult to get a nice pdf file. I personally had to resort to other resources to get the backup I needed from moodle courses.

The Best Chrome Extension!! Does an excellent job converting webpages into something printable. Once converted you can easily manipulate the results, removing any unneeded text or images and even adding in addition text. You can then print it, email it, or even save it as a screenshot.

I use this for lots of sites and find that the upkeep is top notch and so very helpful to keep PDF versions of articles for quick reference when I need them! The formatting tools are very helpful and the ability to deliver a clear PDF is critical for my use... Great product!
