Utterly useless. How on earth am I to obtain any Sony camera apps when it downloads a Windows inataller. Appalling....

Chrome/Mac did not work for me but You can manually update the FW on a Mac, I followed this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-kBHYjPcNQ worked

Endlich geht die Kameraverwaltung auch über Chrome. Updates auf die Kamera, Apps installieren und deinstallieren usw. funktioniert alles bestens. Danke! Meine specs: PC: WIN10, Chrome 51 Cam: ILCE-6000 (Vers. 3.1)

Another pointless level of complication from Sony. The cameras this app is supposed to support are expensive and here is Sony penny-pinching with a Chrome app whose substantial purpose is to control its rights on camera apps that should be bundled. Even then the right to use gains them only a few extra dollars while losing the company a lot of good will.

Doesn't work on Mac for Chrome or Safari. Mac OS X 10.11.5. This is super lame considering a huge company like Sony can't get a simple Chrome extension to work. Garage devs can make it happen for random extensions, but a fortune 500 company can't?! Love my A7RII, but come on!

This is great. It was such a pain to connect the A6300 to the wifi, or to type in the password to login to the app store. So far this only works on Windows. There is a another program that has to be installed along with the chrome extension.

Have extension to chrome but when installed and try to use it, it brings me to the play store. I'm on a windows computer
