Last time it looked buggy: clicking on the icon in the address bar opened two Stylebot editor panels, for Gmail the custom CSS seemed to be in effect only when the dev tools console was opened… Too bad, it started promising.

Nice extension for people who don't want to figure out how to manually write CSS, but very limited and doesn't seem to be compatible with "Adblock Plus".
