Très simple d'utilisation, efficace, un peu lent peut-être mais sans doute volontaire pour que Vinted ne détecte pas l'automatisation. Très contente de cet outil !

After using the app for around 6-7 months I'll give it 2 stars because when it works it's great however, the customer service is terrible. They don't answer emails, so I had to download discord and find some support on there. Their replies are very slow, and there has been 2 times this month where it has stopped working on vinted for a week each time. So I have paid full price for half a month. It has now not been working since the 4th December, I brought the issue up and they replied they were working on an update. It has now been 8 days with no response or update. If you are going to sell a product, you need to make sure that if it stops working, you need to be able to either solve the issue within 24 hours whilst giving updates of what is going on, be easily contactable with swift replies, OR you can lower your prices, because ultimately we are paying for a service that we are not receiving. If there is no update in the next 2 days I will probably be contacting for a refund of the month and trying my luck elsewhere.
