Can anyone help me to start with
What a great way to be able to teach other step by step on out to complete processes. it has been a nice help for our company.
Tried this for a week, bought an annual licence for the whole org at about a thousand bucks, it paid for itself within a week.
My company has the desktop version of Scribe which allows you to move effortlessly from one system to the next while writing your SOPs. No more missing steps that you have on autopilot in your mind, this system captures everything including screenshots. The only thing I don't like is that it maxes out at 168 steps and you have to go back in and start capture again. I believe it's a failsafe so that you don't forget you are in there while working on an SOP.
Scribe is great, user friendly, quick and easy to create picture guides.
Do you get made fun of by colleagues because of your documentation of policies and procedures, but have them come to you all the time for help or to use your processes? Then Scribe is for you! I have saved hours and hours of time using scribe to seamlessly document step-by-step processes. No longer do I need to do a laborious rewrite, I just need to do my work, make a few additions for clarity, and the process is perfectly created for all the end users. This is an amazing program!
So far So Good. I have been using the free version and it really makes creating step by step processes quicker and easier. I am trying to get my employer to purchase the pro version as I'd like to see what additional tools are available. The free version is pretty basic and from what I can tell you can't add arrows or crop images as I would like to be able to do. But for a quick way to create a step by step, it's really great.
