This is complete game changer if you train others on technology. I lead trainings for software programs and Scribe has made curriculum creation 1000x faster. Not only does it make it quickly, but the final look of your scribes are very professional and clean. The ability to imbed scribes into scorm files has also made our lives much better. The best feature though, is how you have the training material in multiple formats with just a click of a button, articulate flows, downloadable pdfs, scrolling instructions, sharable links with no additional work.

This tool has been amazing for creating quick guides to be shared internally to supplement our process documentation and training guides. It makes the process so easy compared to taking screen shots and then adding highlights and arrows manually. The only issue is that sometimes the icon showing where to click is off from where I actually clicked during the recording and you cannot adjust the dot or redo just the one step with the free version, you have to either keep it as it is or try again and hope for a different result. Overall I still use this for probably 90% of my needs and it is a huge time saver.

Scribe is so easy to use and is absolutely amazing! I love not having to take individual screenshots because it does it for me. And what i really love is the easy generation of the documents. I will continue to use it. It's awesome the developers have kept it free. One of my favorite products I have.

Excellent Tool. Time saver but more importantly to me this is a training tool Often times people don't have time so these types of documents don't get created when they really should be. This is even a great tool for documenting your own processes that you do infrequently and forget how to do. The software itself does crash from time to time and has a lot of room for improvement but it is well worth it. I strongly suggest getting Pro to document processes not in Chrome.

I've been creating SOP's for my company for the past 3 years. Lots of screenshots, laborious descriptions, and missed details. I saw a TikTok of someone using this extension. Our company gave it a try. We've been using it every day since. Great tool for capturing a process and sharing with your team. Takes out about 50% of the work. Huge time saver.

I have never put much merit in a tool like this because i've always just done my How To docs the old fashioned way. You know, screenshots, open word, paste, write out the steps. This takes that time from maybe 45 mins or an hour to like a minute! Big fan of this tool and look forward to getting manager approval to make it a company wide utility.
