Scribe has made it extremely easy for me to create tutorials for both new and experienced employees in the office.
Thank you Scribe!! Your product has allowed me to get all the systems and innate details I do without even thinking about and outsource them. Now so many tasks that take me too much time or brain space I outsource, saving time for me and my support love the clarity in purpose and outcome!! I'm a huge fan =)
Use to work amazing now it stays stuck on Start recording and is nearly impossible to stop a recording. Tried 3 times uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache and restarted nada. Once its finally stopped at least 50 extra steps are added on from trying to stop it
Scribe is a nice tool but there is room for improvement. The capture can lag a bit and miss certain clicks or fields, which can be edited and updated after the fact. There some settings that I would like to be able to customize before I want to pay for this but it has been helpful, so I may still.
This site is AWESOME for modeling how to navigate through any tutorial. Our school has so many different systems and it is vital to provide visuals! You just click and it captures all the steps, and the best part is that you can edit and share within minutes for free.
Probably one of the easiest and most efficient workflow tutorial tool to use out there. Used Scribe to teach students the onboarding process to our company online platform and it took me less than 20 minutes to learn and create a detailed document to share. Plus the scroll, movie, and slides viewing mode options is the best feature for me. And all of this I did with just the free account. So cool!
A very nice tool when procedures need to be described! Only have used a few times but really appreciate the ease of capturing steps in a process while on-line. Saves a lot of time!

It's very helpful when you want to make how to use guideline/documentation, they even offer the movie style, slideshow, embed to your website, so must try if you are making any kind of documentation or how to use guideline
