So I like the extension its useful for simple Tasks and Such - but you have to purposefully do small breakdowns of each step of a process for it to be effective and you need to be very exact as it tracks every click and everything you do. - if it was able to attach audio to steps etc. i think it would be better or a Master Task - with 5 Steps and Scribes on how to complete it. nested inside it.
I can't believe I stumble across scribe. I'm a small business owner and it has made a world of difference when training new staff. I give them my "Survival Guide" their first week full of scribes. Plus, its super helpful for me when I have to do those online mundane tasks once a quarter. Now those things aren't taking up space in my brain, I just trust scribe to show me the steps. Super easy and makes my life more efficient!
I am loving Scribe!! I am able to produce professional looking, easy to follow, job aids for our customers, in a fraction of the time. No more copying and pasting screen shots and dealing with Styles in MS Word. Scribe not only automatically captures the screenshots for me, but adds the steps too. All I have to do is make a few edits and I'm done. I highly recommend Scribe for anyone documenting software instructions.
Scribe is a game-changer! It is so easy to use. And so many different things to create with it. I had my first guide created in a matter of minutes - WOW! Customer service is also superb! I booked a demo and now I feel like I'm a power user! Many thanks to the Scribe team!

This is a total game changer. When a team member asks me where to find something or how do I do a specific task I can now scribe the steps in a minute or two and send it to my team. This is a HUGE time saver for me!!! Super user friendly and easy to use.
Beats having to take screenshots and circling or boxing the section manually! just click, click, click, then stop recording. Make the link shareable, and then send! Thank you for the very usable tool
