Powerful AI tool that has helped me generated step-by-step documentations for internal processes. This makes you save so much time !
I have saved a lot of time - I was using a combination of Google Docs, Zoom, Vimeo, and BombBomb to get the results that Scribe gives me. I am saving so much time. I was just using the free version which was working but now that I have heard feedback from my teams (I am a Marketing & Tech Trainer who is constantly showing how to use systems, training on workflows, etc.), I have coordinated with our Tech & IT Director to upgrade to Premium so we can both start using it! I love Scribe!
I have the free version of Scribe and it has been fantastic. Any time a new process or system change occurs it is so convenient to have step by step directions - with pictures! It makes it so much easier to follow along and learn the process. Also extremely helpful for those that aren't so technologically inclined so they can see exactly where on the screen they should be clicking and navigating to.
I’ve been using Scribe since 2022, and it’s become one of my secret productivity weapons. I use it to document SOPs, automate onboarding for staff and clients, and create training resources alongside video walkthroughs. It’s easy to use interface, fast, and genuinely makes process documentation a little bit fun.
So easy and intuitive to use and the results are brilliant! Being able to quickly create easy to follow user guides for my clients will absolutely elevate my offering and support. 10/10

VERY easy to use. I love how the screen capture marks your mouse placement. This is very helpful to guide you through the narrative that you want to be sure to convey when finalizing your instructions.
With Scribe, I don't have to keep explaining the same processes over and over again. I can just share the link and it's so easy to follow. I can create a scribe process in less than a minute just by clicking. Highly recommend. It's saved me so much time and sanity to be honest!
