I can see the used case of Scribe at my previous roles. I remember asking my co-workers how they were inputting notes into Salesforce and everyone showed me a different way. Though how do we figure out what is the fastest way? Scribe can help capture processes and see how long it took to complete the task. I plan on using this for future sake of asking questions.
