Tab Auto Refresh reloads the web page periodically. Set the refresh interval and it will refresh tab by timer, even for background tabs.

Waiting for some important update and you need to hit the refresh button? Just set up the update time interval and let our software press the reload button for you!

Click on the auto refresh icon in toolbar

Specify the refresh interval and options that allow you to refresh the tab

Press the start button

It's not very pretty but seems to work fine - and doesn't demand a ton of permissions that there seems to be no logical need for, unlike most of the competition!
