You should try this if you're looking. Keeping up with job applications is tough. The power tools built in this industry are made for the businesses, and not usually the job seeker. Each cover letter takes 20 minutes and the arduous digital application process takes another ~30 minutes. Teal makes it is easy to manage, track, and research jop postings and companies to which you may apply. I'm starting my job seeking, and there is a lot of job application and resume refinement that takes place at the front. it's hard to process all that, especially while looking for work. Teal helps me be confident that good job postings, and hopefully jobs, aren't slipping through the cracks.

The worst part about searching for jobs isn't filling out your information over and over again (although, that is absolutely terrible). The REAL worst part is trying to stay organized with what you've already applied for, what the status of it was, and even being able to keep track of jobs you saw that one time and didn't have the hour to send in the application but now you've lost the link and......anyways, you don't have to deal with that anymore. Teal has been great, and I feel like I'm in control of my job search again. Highly recommend, and when I do land a new job it will be thanks to the help of staying organized due to Teal.
