I have wanted this functionality in LinkedIn for some time and love the ease of Teal to track and manage job applications! Teal allows me to see my activity in one please, compare comp, my interest, which of my contacts are associated with the open position and how my resume aligns with the job requirements. It is awesome.

Teal is very thoughtfully done. One of the only job seeker tools I have enjoyed using. One of my favorite features is the ability to rate how excited I am for a job and build resumes from a bank of options. Rating a job is a simple feature, but it lowers the barrier to adding job postings that I'm still on the fence about. Building a resume from a bank of options is a no-brainer feature, but I couldn't find it in other tools.

I love this job tracker it literally has saved me so much time. I hate having to run to a spreadsheet or a document to record the jobs I have applied to. I don't think I would have applied to as many jobs as I have without this extension on my computer because it literally makes the process so easy! I can't wait until they are working with more job boards. Truly the only downside is that they don't have deals with every single job board out there but one thing I know about these tech services is that they are always working on improving their services and I know I'm not the only one out there who needs this. But still 10 out of 10 for me. Thank ya Teal!
