I have been using Teal for the past couple of weeks and I will stay it is an awesome tool. I have formatted my resume thru Teal and am tracking my applications using their user friendly interface. One area of improvement is if they allow to customize the sections in the resume format, that will be great. For example, under the section 'Skills', all skills are getting listed with just a comma separation. Instead I would like to customize it based on PM Skills, Tech Skills, Soft skills, etc.

I like this tool alot. It helps me keep track of jobs and also helps me refine my resume so that I can ensure I am capturing all the key words and responsibilities to be a top candidate. When I am on any job searching site like LinkedIn or Indeed, all I have to do is click on a job that I like and the TEAL chrome extension instantly tells me the top key words in the job and lets me save it to the Teal website to create a resume that goes with it. However, my only complaint is that I wish my resumes wouldn't get deleted/overwritten every time I try to import a new resume into the system. All my previous work on Teal gets removed which is frustrating. I also wish the different resumes I make could be independent from one another. By that I mean, if I update one resume, I don't want to see that same update on all the different resume versions I make. Overall, it is a good tool but it could use some improvement.
