Teal made going from Google Sheet chaos to seamless, easy job saving and tracking! I love how it scans JDs for the salary range, highlights hard and soft skills in the JD, and allows you to add notes or contacts for each stage. The extension is great, works on most talent management sites and LinkedIn (which sucks as a platform on its own - iykyk). Love how the founding team and devs seem to listen to feedback and continue to make great updates - they're super helpful on LinkedIn, too.

This is a review of the free version. I like the concept and feature set but when you actually start using it it's pretty clunky. Adding a job opportunity using the extension has worked zero out of twelve times for me. Even for common job sites like LinkedIn, Greenhouse, etc. The tool that highlights key hard and soft skills is a rudimentary count of how many times a word is mentioned in the JD... you get the idea. As a basic admin tool it mostly works, but I haven't found much value beyond that.
