The workflow for job hunting is great but a lot of minor enhancement can be done. - Keywords (tech for me) are not complete. Like RAG, Llama, Claude, LLM, PyTorch are missing - But there are a lot of less important keywords (from my perspective), making the match score irrelevant - Sometimes keywords didn't show even my resume have (like AWS) - Not intuitive for resume upload. Spent me some time to understand (or not 100% understand) the difference of the buttons: "Overwrite my resumes" "Re-import". etc....

I'm changing my rating to 4 stars. I've been having some issues using the Chrome extension. First, it won't automatically record the URL of the job post I bookmarked. I had to enter the information manually. Then, this time, it won't let me save the edited posting on the Teal website without entering the company name and location. The thing is, on some marketplaces, such information is not available most of the time. ====== OLD RATING I've recently used Teal and I love how I can organize my job search. Although I'm using the manual option to enter information, the fact that I can check all the information I need is helpful. The option to rate a job post according to interest is a good indicator of which postings I should prioritize. The follow-up feature is quite useful. Aside from knowing when to send a follow-up email, it also fills in the message to send.

have been using Teal for a few months now, as I navigate the job market and finding my next gig. It has been helpful since it keeps me organized and I don't have to fumble around copying and pasting into a spreadsheet and then applying, etc. The application grabs all the info from the job description. I need to look more into detail on the other benefits I have using Teal, but what I have been able to do, I enjoy it. I have shared my experience with some of my colleagues that are also searching for their next position, and they are enjoying it. Looking forward to it working in Chrome.

Teal - one of the most convenient and useful tools for candidates. I would spend 3-4 times more time for tailoring , without it. Others features are also usefull. Just try them. Browser extension one of its feature which saves your time. Highly recommended!
