Teal is a lifechanging product. It has turned my job hunting game around. I used to spend a lot of time tweaking and tuning my resume to tailor towards jobs. Constant copy-pasting and word replacement became a lengthy process. Teal's drag and drop feature with a single resume template increased my application submission rate by three-fold. It's also easy to keep track of different phrasing for the same bullet point. Tailoring the skills section has become a walk in the park now. Last, make sure you use the job tracker. It's a game changer.

So far the extension has been magnificent and has made me understand the process of building a professional Resume as well as creating the right Cover Letter for the job. A few glitches here and there, like on the skills matching section, where the app highlights what it thinks are skills based on the wording used by the job poster, however, in my opinion, there are just too many that the AI system picks as a "skill" when in reality is not. It would be great if the development team could fix this in order to avoid having a Resume which lists hundreds of skills. I still give it a 5 star.
